How to Play
Guess a 5-letter word
Type any five-letter word using the on-screen keyboard, or your own if you’re on desktop. It doesn’t have to be a car word – any real (or not-so-real) five-letter guess is accepted.
Read the tile colours
Each guess lights up letter by letter: rose means right letter, right spot. Mint means right letter, wrong spot. Gold means that letter isn’t in the word at all.
Narrow it down
The on-screen keyboard remembers what you’ve learned, colouring each letter you’ve already tried so you can see what’s ruled in or out at a glance.
Solve it in six
You get six guesses to land the word of the day. Win or lose, you can share your result and come back for a new motoring word tomorrow.
