Common Issues

My car isn't showing up in the database

Cars under three years old won't have an MOT record yet – the first test is due at three years. For older cars, it's usually a delay in the DVSA dataset being updated. If you're still having trouble, contact us with the registration and we'll look into it.

I bought Bibs but they're not showing

Check that you're signed in to the account used at the time of purchase. If your Bibs are still not showing after logging out and back in, contact us with your purchase email and we'll sort it out promptly.

The app keeps crashing when I open a report

Try closing and reopening the app fully. If the issue persists, check for an available update in the App Store or Google Play. For ongoing problems, contact us with your device model and OS version and we'll investigate.
